1 – Spiked Pink Lemonade

1 bottle (750 ml) vodka or gin
5 cups lemonade
2 cups cranberry juice
3 cups ginger ale

2 – Iish Mojito

1 1/2 oz. Jameson’s Irish Whiskey
3 lime wedges
1 tsp white sugar
1/2 oz. simple syrup
splash fresh squeezed lime juice
5 dashes mint bitters

- 2 oz Coconut Cream
- 1 cup Crushed Ice
- Garnish: Cherry, Pineapple
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed. Pour into a collins glass and garnish with fruits.
9 – Key Lime Daiquiri (Fruit of choice, but lime is so very yummy.)

Key Lime Juice 1/2 oz
Sugar 1 tsp
Rum, light 1 oz
Cracked ice as needed
Combine all ingredients and shake with cracked ice until blended. Strain into cocktail glass. May also be blended with ice to create a Frozen Daiquiri.
10 – Banana Frost

1 1/2 oz Dark Rum
1/2 oz Banana Liqueur
2 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Medium Banana
Blend until smooth

Mmmmm!! I want a Key Lime Daiquiri and an Iced Coffee!
That last one looks delicious! Great recipes!
Mmmmmmm I’d have to add chocolate martini to the list…
GREAT list!
I had no idea they even made #4. I also love a good pitcher of Sangria in the summer!
Right now I am obsessed with a drink called Vanilla Iced Nirvana from Dunn Brothers Coffee. It’s cold coffee, vanilla and milk, but something about it… It’s SO good.
Happy Thursday!
Mmmm…those sound good. I’m not a drinker, but want to make some of those virgin style!
My TT is up…and much less likely to leave ya tipsy! Come on over, bring a drink!
Oooo … what a great list! Complete with pictures and recipes! Wow!

Apple martinis rock.
Mojitos are awesome!
Impressive list. I will have to try the jameson mojito out. I know I am coming back to this list sooner rather then later
I am soooooooooo coming to your house this summer.
Fire up the blender! Yummy!
Oh, Ember. It’s 85 here and our first smog alert of the year and … an entire bottle of vodka? For just ME???
Okay…
I couldn’t relate to your list since I don’t drink, but I could relate to your TT header. I love Vargas’ work – even the one’s I shouldn’t.
Have a Happy TT!

Ohh, they all look good! I’ll take the pina colada, the banana frosty
and the frozen mudslide.
I must have led a very sheltered life, because I have never tried any of those, except filtered water of course. I should broaden my horizons away from sticking to red wine. I love to drink, and don’t really trust adults who don’t.
I’m not much of a drinker, but certainly wouldn’t say no to a pina colada. Mmmm….
Mojitos and Appletinis are definitely my favorite. Methinks a night out should be soon!
Happy TT!
Mmmm, takes me back to my college sorority days!
