Space Regency

I’ve been working on my “space western” this week. But you know what I realized? It’s not exactly a space western. More of a regency.

Quite literally : my hero – and the hero of the book-only-thought-of-not-yet-plotted – are involved quite heavily as guard and regent of the galactic emperor. And that poor little emperor – he’s only about 10 right now, but in 20 years or so (fictional time) he’s really going to meet his match. Book 3.

So – Space regency. As a genre, you heard it here first!
