It’s hot in Alabama in June. Who knew?
It is also National Chocolate Ice Cream Day. Sis has an ice cream machine (that hasn’t been used since 1994). I think hot June days are the perfect time to break that baby out of the cobwebs, don’t you?
The Birmingham News had this recipe today for Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Pie. I’m going to have to give it a try when I get home.
Original Oyster Restaurant Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Pie
The Original Oyster House in Mobile and Gulf Shores, Alabama has been in business since 1983 and is not affiliated with any other Original Oyster House restaurant in the United States.
