I’m back from my holiday road trip. A bit tired, very behind, and there’s a bit of uncertainty about the year ahead in several areas. Ahhh, New Year’s Eve. We’re glad you only come once a year.

We’re staying in tonight, and may or may not make it until midnight. I remember the excitement of staying up until midnight when I was a kid, and I like to try to give my kids a bit of that excitement in return. Hard to do if I’m asleep by 10. So tentative plans say we may watch a few movies, play some Guitar Hero, and crack open a bottle of bubbly when the ball drops.

I read somewhere around 129 books this year
Sweet Charity was fantastic, and if you want a short, hot holiday read, I can’t recommend it enough. Lauren Dane is awesome that way – her books never dissapoint.

I don’t have any deep thoughts right now. I’m blaming it on road fatigue. I’ll be over at the Samhain blog tomorrow, with something a bit more inspirational to share.
