Sniff, cough, sneeze

This week has gotten away from me.  It’s buried beneath the two boxes of tissues, the empty soup bowls, and the mug after mug after mug of hot tea I’ve consumed. 

The bright side (there always is one) is that I’m better today than I was yesterday.  Yesterday was the worst.  I ended up crawling back into bed around 2 in the afternoon, and conking out for two full hours before I had to go do pickup duty downtown.

So it’s Friday, and I’ve got not a lot to show for it.  I did get a few pages written on a new novella earlier this week, but nothing in the past 2 days.
